Hi, I'm Irene and I am so fortunate to have found this online business that not only enables me to work flexible hours giving me the freedom to travel with my work but also and most importantly be in a business that inspires and motivates me through its Personal Development programs.
I live in Australia but now have the flexibility to travel with my work, on my own terms and do the things that I was only ever limited to doing during a four week annual leave break.

This offers the financial freedom to travel to remote places and sleep in style (glamping and eco-lodge). Location is Bay of Fires, Tasmania.
A huge attraction to this business is it's portability and flexibility. This was a road stop to stretch the legs and enjoy the sunshine whilst road tripping around Victoria.
I am a country girl and this is where I grew up. This is a shot from my favourite look out, practicing my photography skills during golden hour.
From the country to the city I wanted to overcome my fear of the ocean with a goal to compete in an ocean swim before turning 50. Time and travel to and from the beach didn't allow me the opportunity until COVID changed the way of working. I am now training for my third event and still have another left before I reach that age milestone.
HOW IT ALL STARTED:
Ever since I was at school I knew what I wanted in life. From high school I started to journal the career I wanted to have, where I wanted to live and the house I wanted to live in. After my studies I embarked on creating that dream working in corporate for more than 20 years. I loved my job and was very passionate about the industries in which I worked in. With my job I was fortunate enough to travel the world, meet so many different people and see so many places. Life operated at a frenetic pace with dawn to dusk meetings at trade shows, continuing to work at a similar pace upon returning home. This, along with higher and higher income targets year after year, started to take the sparkle out of the work that I was doing.
WHAT I DISCOVERED:
I dreamed of having more money so that it could buy more time and freedom. Time to live life at a more organic pace. Paradoxically I felt I needed more money to live life more simply. I had often thought about having a job that would enable me to work from anywhere with a higher income that I was earning, but I never really took action, until I was made redundant. Being in my late 40's I knew I didn't want to go back to that pace of life. I was burnt out and needed to hunt down that flexible job that was going to work for me.
STRIVING TO BE THE BEST VERSION OF ME:
Throughout the years I have read and participated in anything to be the best version of me; from Toastmasters to Yoga to fun runs, ocean swims as well as reading countless books including: The Power of Now (by Eckart Tolle), Dare to Lead (by Brene Brown), One Simple Thing (by Eddie Stern), Work Smarter: Live Better (by Cyril Peupion) and more. I also have a long list of books in my Goodreads app to work through. My motto when I was in corporate was, to inspire and to be inspired. With the advantage of time on my hands following the redundancy, I started researching coaching and mentoring. Then one day, while scrolling through social media, I followed through on a little ad that popped up on my screen and here I am!
GROWTH INSIDE OUT:
So much about the Personal Development products I represent resonate with me and make so align with so much that I have learnt so far. I can listen to the same thing again and again and find a whole different meaning and dive deeper into my self exploration. The best part is I am surrounded by such a talented group of people that drive me to want to support others on their growth journey inside and out.
